The Bothy - terms and conditions of booking
Please telephone first to ask about availability. Your provisional telephone reservation will remain firm provided we receive your deposit of 50% of full holiday payment within one week of the call. The balance shall be payable one month before the commencement of the holiday. Bookings taken within one month of arrival require full payment immediately.
When you book a holiday you are entering into a legally binding contract. If you have to cancel or cut short your holiday for whatever reason, then under the law you will be liable for any cancellation charges we may have to make. In your best interests we therefore strongly advise you to take out Holiday and Cancelled Booking Insurance to safeguard your holiday.
In no circumstances may the number of people stipulated be exceeded.
A cot may only be occupied by a child aged 24 months or less.
Keys to the cottage are available from 4.00 p.m. on the day of arrival. You are asked to vacate the premises by 10.00 a.m. on the day of departure, so they can be cleaned thoroughly between lettings.
Damage to property or fittings will be charged at replacement prices.
No responsibility is accepted for any loss, damage or injury to tenants, their guests or property, while on the lands of Tullichettle including the Bothy, whether arising from the negligence of the landlords or anyone for whom they are responsible or from any cause whatsoever.
The information in the website and accompanying literature is correct at the time of going to press. We cannot accept responsibility for alterations to facilities outside our control.
